Parmesan Squares

Cook time: 15 mins

Ingredients:

1 loaf of thin white sandwich bread

2 large eggs

dash garlic salt

1/4C milk 3/4 lb butter

parmesan cheese

Method:

Trim crusts on bread, put in stacks of 3, dip middle slice, both sides in milk, egg and garlic mixture.

Cut sandwich into squares 3x2.

Melt butter, dip squares (all sides) in butter

Dip top and bottom in parmesan.

Place on cookie sheet (I use parchment paper)

May freeze and thaw then bake 375F until golden 12-15 minutes
