8 oz Fettuccine 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped, save fat 1.5 tbsp our in 1 cup of cold water 1 Knor chicken stock cube 1⁄4 tsp cayenne pepper 1⁄2 cup Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 can carna on evaporated milk 1⁄2 cup chopped tomato Parsley
Prepare pasta. In a large skillet mix two tbsp. of bacon fat with the Knor chicken cube and cayenne pepper. Whisk in our and water, bring to a boil and thicken. Add carna on milk, thicken then take o heat and whisk in cheeses. Serve with fresh tomato and bacon or ham. Fried sun dried tomato can be subs tuted for bacon.
